Break Dancing Goat Cake

We created this goat cake about a month ago for my friend Jed’s 30th birthday party (A 90’s themed “Hot Jamz” dance party). He’s got some Converse kicks on..since that’s where Jed works…and is wearing a Love NJ tee since Jed’s known to wear this (his friends own SolidThreads where this tee is sold)…and he’s singing since Jed is known to rap from time to time. Of course it was red velvet cake inside…which made it look like road kill when we cut into it

Glad we could be a part of the party. Looking back on it maybe we should have made a goat milk mousse filling…or maybe that’s just gross !
