Blossom Wedding Cake
Posted to All Pastries, Wedding Cakes, Spring Themed Wedding Cakes on Monday, September 3rd, 2007.Cascading blossoms with hints of sage adorn this 3 tier square cake created for a wedding in New York City. Beneath the soft lavender fondant is spice cake filled with hazelnut and raspberry chambord fillings.

On a side note, the groom works for an interesting company called Vitalicious that sells healthy and vitamin packed baked goods. We tried a few of the products and found them to be a great low-calorie and high fiber snack alternative.

Hi I’m 15 and from England I stumbled across your website when looking for inspiration for my granny’s 60th birthday cake and you certainly gave me that. I am amazed at the brilliance of the cakes you make. I’m taking catering as one of my GCSE’s and hope to be a cake maker (not sure what its professionally called) I can only dream of being as good as you. Well done your work is truly inspiring.
