Helicopter Celebration Cake

We were honored to make this blackhawk helicopter cake for a major supplier’s 75th anniversary. The helicopter is decorated with army green fondant and the manufacturer sent us a model helicopter to use as a guide in sculpting the helicopter. Inside the cake was chocolate with oreos and cream buttercream. We delivered the cake to the Cradle of Aviation Museum in Garden City, NY.
