Black Damask Monogrammed Wedding Cake (1635)
This 3 tier round wedding cake is covered in white fondant and topped with red sugar roses. The top tier includes white diamond monogram cutout with the couples initials in black and red. Behind the diamond monogram are red, black and white stripes.
The second tier includes black damask cutouts inspired by our black damask wedding cake from a winter wedding in 2009.
The final tier includes a quilting pattern with black dots in between similar to the pattern on this wedding cake.
Flavors included chocolate with oreos and cream filling, vanilla cake with raspberry chambord and hazelnut filling and chocolate with chocolate buttercream. We delivered the wedding cake all the way down to Adventure Aquarium in Camden/Philladelphia area.

Thanks to Melissa for this WONDERFUL email. We are so happy they enjoyed the cake:
Thank you so much for the beautiful (& delicious) cake. It was just how we pictured! We really appreciate all your time & hard work to get us exactly what we wanted. The cake was amazing (there was hardly any left!) we didn’t even get to taste any of the red velvet it went so fast but that’s okay the guests really enjoyed it. Not to mention everyone (including my new husband) thought the roses on top were real, they looked beautiful! Oh & the cake was so well done our ringbearers thought the whole thing was fake & but their finger right in it to make sure!!! I attached a few pictures of the cake for you! Thanks again!
