I love that Bethenny picked a red velvet with cream cheese frosting–my favorite cake of all time, and such a terrific, different choice for a wedding. How cool! Please post pictures if you are able. I would love to see the final result. Your work is wonderful…you are an artist with food.

When I saw him driving into Jersey I was hoping he was headed to you & when I saw your storefront & then you I was jumping up & down & screaming for my Husband to come & see. 
Bethenney was so lucky to have you do her Wedding cake & I felt so happy that you were able to do the Poker Groom’s cake for our Wedding back in ’07 – I have a Cake Designer to the stars
