Beach Themed Wedding Cake
Posted to All Pastries, Wedding Cakes, Beach Themed Cakes on Monday, April 21st, 2008.We delivered this 3 tier wedding cake to the Brant Beach Yacht Club in Long Beach Island, NJ. Pale blue fondant with wavy white bands and two orange flowers shaped as fishes highlight the cake. The top tier is white cake with oreos and cream and the 2nd tier is white cake with key lime buttercream. The bottom tier is white cake with raspberry chambord.

Wow! i feel like we have a celebrity cake now! haha. this cake was as delicious as it was fun. the key lime buttercream was FABULOUS! thank-you for doing such beautiful work Anne!!
