Holy Moly your cakes are amazing! I did the 12 week Wilton course…about 4 years ago now, so I can get by with dazzling my family, but nothing comes close to these. I would LOVE to take classes, but alas I would have to find something closer (I’m on Long Island). I love anything creative and I love to cook and bake and these are just stunning creations that I wish I could make! Maybe one day, but in the meantime, I am loving your site! So glad that I found you!
