Bat Mitzvah Winter Wonderland Cake

Heather reached out to us last year asking if we could work with her to help design her daughter Emily’s Bat Mitzvah cake. Last year we worked with the family to design a Bat Mitzvah cake for their other daughter Rebecca, so we were excited to do another cake for the family.

For this cake we designed a winter wonderland theme for the celebration. The top of the cake included a glittery silver “12″ with a variety of light blue and white snowflakes. The second tier is covered in light blue fondant with a white center band with a bow and tails. The center of the bow is highlighted with a crystal snowflake.

Flavors and filling included red velvet with vanilla buttercream, chocolate with marshmallow buttercream and vanilla with chocoalte buttercream. We delivered the cake to the Powerhouse in East Hanover, NJ.
