Bat Mitzvah Topsy Turvy Cake
This bright and colorful topsy turvy cake was created for a Bat Mitzvah celebration at the Crestmont Country Club in West Orange, NJ. We incorporated colors from the invitation including the logo on the middle tier which reads “Oh, the places you’ll go”. The cake flavor included white cake with chocolate pudding filling.

Hi - i love your blog! I’m dying to learn how to make cakes like this…any suggestion as to where to start/where to take classes (near boston?)…or really any tips would be fantastic
