		<description>Thanks for your comment Alessandra.   Yes, fondant can be refrigerated.  I would fill the cake with strawberries &amp; cream and ice it on the outside with a layer of buttercream.  For the last step, roll the fondant on top of it.</description>

I was wondering if you could help me out with a problem I am having......I have always made a vanilla cake with strawberries and cream filling. But, a girlfriend of mine asked me to make the same cake with Fondant. As the cake needs to be in the fridge and fondant should not be placed in the fridge, can you give me advice on how to manage such a cake. Is it possible to make the combination???
