Bat Mitzvah Cake (701)
We created 230 cupcakes and this 2 tier cake for a Bat Mitzvah celebration at the Maplewood Country Club in NJ. The cupcakes include tie-dyed hearts and peace signs in hot pink, turquoise, lime green and orange. The 2 tier cake also included tie-dyed peace signs with hearts. 180 of the cupcakes were setup on our 7 tier cupake tower.

Hello! Wow, your cakes are gorgeous!!!!!!!!!!! You have truely inspired me!! I was wondering if you could help me out with a problem I am having……I have always made a vanilla cake with strawberries and cream filling. But, a girlfriend of mine asked me to make the same cake with Fondant. As the cake needs to be in the fridge and fondant should not be placed in the fridge, can you give me advice on how to manage such a cake. Is it possible to make the combination???
Thanks,

Thanks for your comment Alessandra. Yes, fondant can be refrigerated. I would fill the cake with strawberries & cream and ice it on the outside with a layer of buttercream. For the last step, roll the fondant on top of it.
hey your cakes are amazing!!!!! Im having a bat mitzvah and im thinking about having an all white bat mitzvah. Could there be a cake like that but i dont want it plain. Also do u have any other good themed bat mitzvah cakes?
