Baked Potato Cake
Posted to All Pastries, Celebration Cakes, Novelty Cakes on Saturday, July 7th, 2007.We delivered this potato cake to the Lincoln Harbor yacht club in Weehawken, NJ. It was for a women’s 50th birthday and apparently she is a big fan of potatoes. The potato cake is a spice cake with raspberry chambord filling. We also included a mashed potato pie with the cake. Yum!
