Baked Potato Cake (317)

We delivered this potato cake to the Lincoln Harbor yacht club in Weehawken, NJ. It was for a women’s 50th birthday and apparently she is a big fan of potatoes. The potato cake is a spice cake with raspberry chambord filling. We also included a mashed potato pie with the cake. Yum!
