Baby Shower Cupcakes - Two Peas in a Pod
This topper cake and cupcakes were created for a mother-to-be. To celebrate her expected arrival of twins, we decorated each cupcake with two peas in a pod.
The topper cake was decorated in ivory fondant with pink, blue and green polka dots. Inside was vanilla cake with lemon filling. The cupcake flavors included chocolate with vanilla filling and red velvet with vanilla filling.

Cupcakes seem to be the new “it factor” for baby showers. People are using them more and more instead of the traditional baby shower cake. I love these pea in a pod designs. How cute! And of course, I love the fact that they are chocolate and not the standard vanilla flavor. Thanks for sharing this.
