90th Topsy Turvy Birthday Cake

Here’s a fun 90th topsy turvy birthday cake. We used bright colors including lime, orange, and fuchsia which where highlighted by polka dots, stars and daisy accents. The flavors included pink velvet with raspberry chambord buttercream, chocolate cake with oreos and cream, lemon cake with raspberry chambord buttercream and red velvet with vanilla buttercream. The cake was topped off with the birthday girl  perched atop the top tier decked out in her black cardigan, pearls and beige pants.
