7 Tier Wedding Cupcake Tower
Posted to All Pastries, Cupcakes, Wedding Cupcake Stands on Monday, September 10th, 2007.We built this 7 tier cupcake stand for a wedding held at the Radisson in New York City. The stand held 180 cupcakes including yellow cake with strawberry frosting, chocolate cake with peanut butter frosting, almond cake with amaretto frosting, white cake with coffee frosting & red velvet cake with vanilla frosting. Each cupcake was decorated with a fondant heart that was personalized with the bride and groom’s initials.

Beautiful! Is that buttercream? How does your icing hold up at a wedding with
transportation and sitting out?
