Ellen left us a great note after the wedding:
Anne,
Loved the cake (as my husband already told you). I have enclosed a photo from the reception below. Not only was it utterly beautiful, but it was incredibly delicious. We went table to table to try all the different combos we had designed with you.The cake fulfilled all Suzi’s wishes. Thank you,
Ellen

Simply exquisite! I would have a great time painting this cake. I’m sure the bride and groom were astounded by your work.
Thanks Jennie!
What a truly magnificent cake Anne! I so enjoy reading your blog, you are very talented and I think this is one of my favourite wedding cakes to date!
Thanks, it’s one of my favorites as well
Wow!! So beautiful! I love that there’s different details on each layer. It look amazing!
I really love the pastel color on this cake. Great job! You have sturdy hands
I would happy to take wedding pictures that have wedding cakes ordered from you.
So beautiful! 7 tiers are 7 opportunities to play with different cake flavors and fillings! Amazing. I have been looking and researching bakeries all over NJ and NY and can’t believe the best work is pretty much in my own backyard (I live in Elmwood Park, NJ). Your exquisite wedding cakes give couples everywhere another great reason to get married!
Wow thanks!!!
This is such an amazing cake! I’ve been experimenting with cake making and I was thinking about making a cake with these colors for my seventeenth birthday, I was very surprised to see one with the exact same colors.
I think your my cake hero!
And by the way, the flowers are super good, I can’t seem to make a flower anything like that ha ha
Thanks Becka!
