Jim is an avid fisherman, so to help celebrate his 65th birthday we created this fisherman’s cake to showcase his hobby. The top of the cake includes Jim in a rowboat with his fishing rod. He’s dressed in his fisherman’s hat, khaki shirt and jeans. A mini-cooler sits in the back of the boat.

Orange fish, yellow starfish and celadon sawhorses decorate the ocean floor. The board includes a white and red life preserver along with a message for Jim – “Happy 65th Jim!” Flavors and filling included vanilla and chocolate with vanilla, chocolate hazelnet and raspberry chambord buttercream.
