We incorporated various mementos into this 50th birthday cake including Italian wine, 2 sheepdogs, the father’s daughters, a British passport, and a giraffe. The party was held at Johnny Rockets in the Short Hills mall. The top tier of the cake was carrot cake with vanilla buttercream, the 2nd was lemon cake with lemon buttercream filling and the bottom tier was chocolate cake with hazelnut frangelico

WOW!!! love the chequer/harlequin look!!! i live in the uk and stumbled across your ‘CORPSE BRIDE’ cake whilst searching for things for punk rock wedding. as we don’t seem to have cakes like this (at affordable prices) over here, my mum and I are enjoying doing practice runs of a topsy turvy cake at home. Personally ive got to admit i love it when they go wrong and need eating!
You are truly an inspiration!!! and dont worry we’ve got a whole year to practice

This cake was ordered by my wife for my birthday and was a total surprise - what a surprise - Anne you are a genius - people couldn’t believe at first that it was actually a cake, until they tasted it. Usually at parties people will have a small piece - this one everyone wanted to try the three different layers! - Thank you!

Thanks Neil - I’m glad you enjoyed it! Thanks for the testimonial.
