5 Tier Wedding Cake (768)

A few weeks ago we created a set of scrabble themed cupcakes and cookies for a bridal shower in Mendham, NJ.  This weekend was the wedding – and we we created a 5-tier ivory fondant cake for the event at Trump National in Bedminister, NJ.

The cake is decorated with crystal brooches and blue ribbons on the bottom and top tiers. The middle tiers include hand painted gold swirls and a monogram celebrating the couples union. The flavors include vanilla cake with vanilla buttercream and red velvet cake with raspberry chambord.
