5 Tier Wedding Cake
This 5-tier cake was created for a wedding at the The Florentine Gardens in Riverdale, NJ. Highlights include black satin ribbon at the base of each tier and intricate black cutout patterns with magenta crystals to match the wedding invitation.
The flavors included almond cake w/coconut buttercream (the anniversary tier), coffee cappuccino cake with coffee mocha chip, pink velvet cake with hazelnut frangelica buttercream, pink velvet cake with raspberry white chocolate buttercream and almond cake with 1 layer amaretto buttercream and 2 layers chocolate.
We enjoyed working with the bride and groom to design this wedding cake. We were also fortunate to create their engagement cake, engagement cookies, and cupcakes for their bridal shower!
