40th Birthday Cake

This 3 tier birthday cake is decorating with a variety of meaningful mementos including a computer, a doggy, a bottle of Tequila from Cabo Wabo, and a train.

We received this wonderful letter from Alysse:

I just wanted to say thank you, again, for the great job on the cake for my boyfriend’s 40th. He was as floored when he saw it as I was when I picked it up. Our guests were beyond amazed when they saw it. No one wanted to cut into it but, when we did, it was absolutely delicious.
