30th Birthday Cake

Sarri celebrated her 30th birthday this past weekend and we helped create this special 2 tier cake to celebrate. Atop the cake is a sugar replica of Sarri with her yorkie Ruby, a black purse, and a hot pink dress with black heels.

As inspiration for the cakes color scheme we used colors from the lounge where the party was held at Pop Burger in NYC. The top tier is covered in white fondant with bright yellow cutout dots. The bottom tier is covered in hot pink fondant with stripes in hot pink, hot orange, bright yellow and bright blue.
