Flower and Polka Dot Birthday Cake
Posted to All Pastries, Celebration Cakes, Happy Birthday Cakes on Sunday, August 12th, 2007.This 3-tier cake was covered in lustered ivory fondant for a first birthday party in Teaneck, NJ. The peach, pink, green & hot pink polka dots matched the invitation for the party. The daisies and sugar butterflies topped the cake. The bottom tier was chocolate with raspberry, and the top two tiers were red velvet cake with vanilla filling. We also created 10 poker chip cupcakes for birthday girl’s father – it was his birthday too!

We want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts!! The cake was absolutely gorgeous. Everyone was so amazed and you could hear gasps when the cake was brought down to the tent. It wasn’t just beautiful it tasted absolutely divine too!! The cupcakes were amazing and nobody could wait to sink into them. Everyone wanted to know who made the unbelievable cake. People were talking about it when I came into the office today too. Everyone was craving for a taste of this special red velvet cake that is “the best you have ever tasted”.
