21st Topsy Turvy Birthday Cake

We’ve done a few 21st birthday cakes through the years and it always brings up fun memories and discussions at the shop. This 3 tier topsy turvy cake is decorated with light lavender and white fondant highlighted by marbled lavender and purple cutout fondant swirls. Purple & white butterflies and pink stargazer lilies highlight the remaining decorations.

At the base of the top tier is the birthday girl dressed in a party dress and crystal tiara which matches the design of the cake. The entire cake was chocolate with chocolate buttercream and was delivered to the Mercer Hotel in New York City.
