2013 Cake, Cookie & Cupcake Decorating Schedule!

Our 2013 class schedule is now live at Pink Cake Box University! This year we have a great list of classes for students interested in learning everything from icing, stacking, fondanting, sculpting and more.

Our classes fall into three broad categories – cakes, cookies and cupcakes.

Cake Classes

This year, besides our popular filling, icing and fondanting cake classes we also have additional classes including a purse cake class, a topsy turvy cake class, a gift box cake class, and our always popular pregnant lady class.

An additional stitched animals class has been added this year and stay tuned for additional flower classes including techniques for creating hydrangeas, blossoms, tulips & calla lilies.

Cupcake Classes

Our fun cupcake class will include tips for fun cupcake decorations along with a focus on piping techniques.

Cookie Classes

Besides our popular cookie 101 class, we’ve also added a Valentine’s Day cookie class for kids from ages 11 to 17! We’ve run private kid cookie classes in the past and this is the first time we are offering the class to the public.

Classes start in January and make great gifts for the baker in your family! Call us if your are interested in purchasing a gift certificate.
