Airplane Birthday Cake
Growing up I’ve always had a fascination with aviation and I usually get excited when we are commissioned to create a airplane cake. This particular cake is a more sophisticated version of our younger and more childlike airplane cake.
The cake is a good representation of a “middle of the road” airplane cake. Not quite as sophisticated as this 3d sculpted cake, but still very appropriate for a child around Tyler’s age.
The birthday boy is an airplane enthusiast and the plane is sitting atop a blue fondant cake with clouds. They requested white cake with chocolate filling for the flavors.
