13th Birthday Topsy Turvy Cake (1126)
One of our consistently favorite cakes among teenage girls is the 13th birthday topsy turvy cake we created this past April. This cake builds upon that trend with 5 tiers of hot pink and lime green fondant decorated in polka dots and paisleys.
The cake was enormous and fed 250 people! The flavors include our new hot pink velvet with vanilla buttercream, vanilla cake with chocolate buttercream and chocolate cake with oreos and cream buttercream.

Hello! I was wondering how you got the fondant colors so vibrant? I bake cakes at home for my family and I tried to do a hot pink and lime green cake for my daughter. However, the colors did not turn out as vibrant as yours. I used gel food coloring.

Hot pink velvet? What’s the difference between that one and pink velvet? Can you please show us a picture of each to compare? I wouldn’t mind the pink tide, it’s one of my favorite colors. n_n

I have an impresion of this cake is so beautiful . In 16 days is my b-day and that cake is perfect to my. If my friends see this cake they gonna said : OMG

i love this cake. and its funny because my bat mitzvah is May 1, 2010 and i am looking for a cake that is like this one, just not with these colors. more like blues and darker greens, since my theme is going green!

I absolutley love this cake! It totally fits my neon alice in wonderland cake theme! But, i would have to cut down on some layers. Don’t need to feed 250 people only 25!! LOL
