12 Tier Round Wedding Cake (1001)
Yesterday we delivered one of our largest cakes ever to St. Peter’s Episcopal Church in Morristown, NJ.
Each cake tier was separated by silk covered separators. The cake flavors included chocolate ganache with 1 layer of pistachio buttercream and red velvet cake with lemon cream cheese. The silk colors matched the colors of the wedding and included magenta, purple, turquoise, green, orange and red. The client provided the monogram for the middle tier.

Good grief, that’s a tall cake! I bet that was fun to transport!
Wow, that cake is massive. Must have been an interesting/nerve-wrecking ride.
Thanks! It actually wasn’t too hard to transport, but that’s because we drove it disassembled and assembled it at the church. There is no way that would have fit in our delivery van
It looks like it’s going to fall over to the left. D: Must have been a colorful wedding considering the color scheme is practically the whole rainbow.
It’s so modern! Like, a cake trend of the future
Very impressive!
scary!!! looks awesome… ! love the colored separators.
